Partner with the best

As a Lead Engineer - Aero Dynamics, you will be responsible for activities contributing to the design & development of products, solutions, and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Develop new solutions through New Program development for products not limited to Turbomachinery working with Internal and External customers.

As a Lead Engineer - Aero Dynamics, you will be responsible for:

Working on cutting-edge Stage Technology development working towards entitlement of CC Stage performances.

Reviewing design with the Chief Engineer's office to enhance design holistically.

Partnering with peers in resolving technical challenges not limited to Compressors alone. Agile approach in developing new programs and market awareness on insistent assessment of Compressors portfolio.

Assessing Aerodynamic design on flow path in Centrifugal compressors, Turbo-Expander, and reciprocating compressors along with cross-functional interaction to develop a robust design.

Validating CFD analysis using in-house and commercial Tools.

Leading Conceptual Design studies and detailed design Reviews for Compressor working closely with the Chief Engineer Office for design adequacy.

Working with Global teams and test department to support Model Tests of Compressor Stages and Requisition jobs.

Participating in Research & Technology ideation/resolutions for clean energy solutions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have ME/MTech in Thermal/Turbomachinery/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of design experience in turbomachinery products and systems.

Have exposure or hands-on experience in Aerodynamics calculations, Heat Transfer calculations for Turbomachinery products

Have experience in Oil & Gas Domain working closely with customers.

Have experience in Compressor and expander design knowledge with experience resolving customer issues and performing Root Cause analysis

Be able to bring new improvements in process, design & Cycle time reduction to be compliant with quality & business requirements.

Have engineering effort knowledge to evaluate/manage Standard requirements (when needed)

Have well committed to the target i.e., critical issue/workload pick to be managed in a very short time.

Have expertise in Tools: CFX, Fluent, Autogrid.
