Job Title - WoCa Client Services Legal Documentation

Location – Mumbai, India

Role Description

Trade Finance and Lending originates, arranges, structures, and executes trade finance facilities across traditional trade solutions, as well as, working capital solutions including receivables financing, supply chain finance, and inventory finance. A main objective in the Working Capital Pillar is the establishment and implementation of global templates and handling process for the usage of respective working capital documentation within Trade Finance & Lending business.

The Working Capital Legal Documentation as part of the Global Working Capital is responsible for ensuring an efficient supplier/receivables seller on-boarding process and the signing of among others receivables legal documentation. The team is the first point of contact for all working capital documentation programs maintaining high level of service quality: Responds to client inquiries, provides training to new and existing clients (e.g. Suppliers) on the Supply Chain Finance platforms

Your key responsibilities

You are able to lead a team and also handle data analytics and able to identify potential process improvements/automation.

You and the team create standard supplier contracts and renewals documentation with limited complexity.

You oversee the implementation of new suppliers / contract renewals E2E.

You participate in discussions with stakeholders on the on-boarding status, repapering status and/or answer questions about contract documentation with guidance and support from the bank’s respective specialists for customized/negotiated contract.

You handle complaints competently, including necessary escalations of incidents.

You are able to review databases and highlight any discrepancies in a quick and effective manner.

You have an affinity for ESG key topics and experience with ESG markets relevant contractual language.

You are able to manage workflows within a team, identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

You work closely with key teams within the Bank throughout the supplier on-boarding / contractual renewal processes to ensure suppliers are on-boarded efficiently and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA

Your skills and experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law

Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience handling legal documentation and customer service

Working knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of Salesforce or other onboarding platform

Flexibility and ability to prioritize and ensure delivery of work product of the highest quality under tight deadlines.

Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in multicultural work settings with remote stakeholders. For internal use only

Fluency in English both spoken and written. Knowledge of German language beneficial but not essential
