Senior Account Manager, Energy & Infrastructure
Job Description :
End to end sales management for existing and identified new customer accounts, to ensure strong customer satisfaction, relationship development and sales growth.
Developing sales of protective coatings (Oil & Gas, and Infra segments ) within Victoria.
Expand contacts amongst Owners, Specifiers and Engineering Consultants to have Hempel approved and specified on their assets, projects and corporate paint specifications.
Prompt sales planning, pipeline management and forecasting to achieve sales efficiency and excellence.
Ensure CRM, IQS and other selling tools are utilised as per company policy.
Co-ordinate with Services team to develop and drive the Services sales business.
Support credit control functions in ensuring prompt payment by customers.
Work closely with the Distributor/s and applicators/end users
Support Company stores with product knowledge, training and order processing,
Key Success Criteria and KPIs
Develop new customer business, whilst retaining and growing established business.
Increase Hempel share with key/target accounts.
Achieve KPI’s with respect to volume/ value & margin.
Assist Credit Management within company guidelines.

Eligibility for the role :
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
Experience:
Min. 7-12 years in sales/technical role in the coatings industry or allied industry preferred.
Relevant B2B experience.
NACE or equivalent qualifications an advantage.
Global key account management & Distributor management.
Job-Relates Skills:
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of protective coatings, common products, specified coating systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English
Computer literate (CRM, Word, SAP etc)
