Position Summary

The newly created Digital Experiences Specialist role will report to the Director, Creative and Digital Experiences and is responsible for project managing, content authoring, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of creative, web, and media stakeholders. The role will focus on quality assurance and optimizing academic partner websites alongside teams who work in design, copy, SEO, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to accelerate the learner’s journey.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Experiences Specialist will be accountable for prioritizing and executing projects to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Manage project timelines and interdependencies across multiple systems (Smartsheet, Jira, Dropbox, WebDam)

Support marketing projects that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and demand generation to move prospective learners through the customer journey.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality assurance of websites and digital marketing assets.

Contribute to content authoring across multiple CMS environments such as WordPress and AEM.

Ensure stakeholder needs are aligned and projects in the backlog drive towards our company objectives.

Collaborate with CRO to synthesize and present user research to cross-functional partners.

Use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and devise comprehensive and integrated digital strategies.

Advocate for the end-user and understand their needs and desires.

Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to best practices.

Partner with media and analytics teams to analyze and communicate results.

Analyze page performance and behavior of users on web assets to identify areas of improvement.

Apply learnings to future campaigns and partner with CRO to improve results.

General Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or appropriate combination of education and significant experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in digital marketing with a strong focus on quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a track record of coordinating digital marketing projects from inception to deployment; and demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills with a high degree of maturity and professionalism.

Experience with content authoring in WordPress & AEM preferred.

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Dropbox preferred.
