We, at Cargotec, are currently searching for a Team Lead, HR Services to join our Macgregor team.
The purpose of the position is to lead the HR operations team responsible for delivering services from hire to retire (such as recruitment, payroll, employment documentation, HRIS data administration, performance management, etc.)
Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead a team of 10 to 12 HR Services, Process, and HRIS Specialists
Responsible for global HR service delivery in all MacGregor countries (Cargotec’s business area)
Monitor the workload of the team members and ensure backup (resource allocation within the team) in case of backlog and critical periods during the month (e.g. payroll check)
Secure and facilitate the monthly payroll activities are executed on time and in full as per the payroll calendar
Receive and resolve HR inquiries from HR specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required and escalate if required
Ensure that the targeted Service Level Agreements are delivered on time and in full
Follow-up on customers’ feedback
Manage team performance, meet process SLAs and KPIs, and manage customer expectations
Manage employees’ performance and development as per the Cargotec global processes
Facilitate individual onboarding plans for new hires and create and follow-up on development, succession, and talent management plans in the team
Recognize automation opportunities and drive HR process automation and robotics initiatives
Participate in and support country or global HR projects when needed
Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum bachelor's degree in HR or business
Minimum 5 years experience in HR including leading a team within an international environment
Display a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies
Stakeholder management skills
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organizational hierarchies - in and outside of HR
Experience with Success Factors or similar HRIS
