There is a vacancy in Georgia, VT and an opening in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsible for installing, modifications, repairs, and maintain computer hardware and software systems, network LANs and WANs project management, and provides technical assistance and training to system users.

Responsibilities:

Works with vendor to maintain system standards efficiency ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.

Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources.

Works with vendor to review daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up correctly

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.

Works with vendor to assist in maintaining the virtual infrastructure hardware, operating systems, and VMs on servers which support business processing requirements.

Works with vendor to help maintain reliable, secure and high performing systems in a multi-domain, multi-site Windows Active Directory environment

Supervises the, upgrade, and collaborates to make improvements to the VMWare vCenter and ESXi infrastructure specific to Company.

Proactively monitor event logs for changes or errors and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Support and adhere to all ISO standards applicable to the Company.

Coordinates with vendor to manage available virtual and storage resources within the infrastructure environment.

Ensures that security procedures are implemented/enforced and isolate issues.

Create and maintain system documentation for updates made to the infrastructure environment.

Collaborate with team members to resolve problems.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Support and adhere to all ISO standards applicable to the Company.

Adheres to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.

Wears all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times.

Demonstrates sound working knowledge of firearms safety.

Maintains and keeps workstation and department area clean.

Immediately reports any maintenance and/or safety issues to Management.

Demonstrates a positive attitude toward co-workers, other department and the Company.

Maintains respect, courtesy and professionalism toward all co-workers and the Company.

Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers and management.

Actively participate and support the 5S process within the work area daily.

Provides backup to IT Helpdesk role at other location(s) as necessary. Qualifications & Knowledge Required

Degree in computer information systems or related field with 3 years’ experience or 6 years without degree

3+ years of Network Administration experience

Experience with VMWare vCenter 6.0, Exchange 365

Experience with Microsoft’s Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy

Experience creating VLANs and general switching and routing management and protocols.

Ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to discuss/document technical information to management.

Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner
