Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a motivated, results oriented Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to join our high-performing team in the global Fieldwire headquarters in San Francisco, CA or remotely in the United States.

You will take a key role within our organization to build out our steering and operational reporting landscape. This role will require you to possess strong quantitative skills, statistical knowledge, data visualization skills, storytelling and the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization. The Revenue Operations team at Fieldwire focuses on providing the necessary business transparency for our Go-To-Market and Executive teams to optimize business performance. In addition, we improve Go-To-Market operations and processes through strategic proposals that drive growth, efficiency, and accountability to revenue goals.

What you’ll be doing

A day in the life of a Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Analyst will see you:

Consolidating data across sources like SalesCloud, Aurora Postgres, Ads Platforms & SAP and combining them to produce clean and actionable insights

Building data visualizations in PowerBI to provide business transparency to go-to-market teams and executives across Fieldwire and Hilti

Working with leadership and key stakeholders to solve challenging problems across go-to-market functions in the company

Building the framework for strategic planning, using it to identify new growth opportunities and improve our organizational performance

The primary responsibilities for our next Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Analyst will be to:

Act as a builder, developing mechanisms to intake data, create reports and dashboards that match business requirements.

Be a primary point of contact for teams with data, reporting and analytics needs. Enable the go- to-market teams to access, interpret and forecast using data.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with global stakeholders.

Actively detect trends and opportunities to address gaps, improve operating procedures, and create resolution plans.

Build/maintain data infrastructure (data pipelines, aggregated data sets, reports, dashboards) to monitor the performance of our operations and drive business understanding.

Train team members on tools, systems and provide process/data support, develop and maintain functional user documentation.

Actively participate in a revamp of our Data Lake and Dashboard infrastructure

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to have the following skills and experiences

Quantitative degree (Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar)

3+ years experience delivering actionable analytics in a complex, fast-paced environment

Extensive experience in building and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools like Google sheets, Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI etc.

Experience with creating dynamic reporting with SAP source data

Familiarity with data querying and manipulation via SQL (and/or other tools/languages).

Experience with building flat data files by compiling data from multiple sources.

Robust sense of accountability: sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately and effectively escalate issues.

Great organizational skills and attention to detail; you are able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and build relationships with stakeholders

Compensation:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $100,800 - $136,800.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.

Where is the job located?

This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA or remotely within the United States. Our office is located right off of Embarcadero Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
