PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the initial conceptualization, analysis, monitoring and implementation of Learning and OD programs and interventions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizational Development

Works with Department and Group Heads in crafting and cascading the unit’s OGSM in alignment to business goals and strategies

Assists BU/CU Head in workforce planning in alignment to short-term and long-term unit goals. Helps in finalizing organizational charts and plantilla in concurrence with department heads.

Provides guidance to People Managers in the implementation of Talent Management Programs, such as but is not limited to, Competency-based Talent Selection, career and succession planning programs of each business unit, Performance Management System (PMS). Tracks compliance to talent management requirements (i.e. Performance Plans, Performance Evaluation, Key Talent Readiness Assessment, talent Development, etc.)

Reviews and updates Position Description and Qualifications (PDQs) of each position in the assigned unit.

Develops functional competencies and corresponding assessment tools in partnership with functional heads

Conducts Organizational Climate Surveys/ Organizational Diagnosis

Reviews and analyzes data gathered through Organizational Diagnosis (e.g., Employee Engagement Survey, Organizational Culture Survey, Demographic Risk Assessment, Process Observation, Focus Group Discussions, etc.).

Oversees the conceptualization and implementation of Culture Building Programs, including but is not limited to, building or reinforcing the company’s Vision-Mission-Values (VMV), teambuilding activities, engagement and recognition programs

Provides input to LOD Head and BU/CU Head on talent analytics

Gives recommendations/ comments on OD-related policies and processes

Learning and Development

Conducts training needs analysis of a department, section or individual

Guides People Managers in the preparation of Individual Development Plans and Functional Unit Training Plans

Designs relevant training programs and modules based on needs assessment, in coordination with Subject Matter Experts

Partners with unit heads in implementing the unit’s training plan

Coordinates with APC’s L&D Team on the implementation of Leadership Development Programs and Functional Training Programs

Partners with Immediate Leaders in identifying and implementing post-training learning application initiatives

Tracks training budget utilization of assigned units

Reviews Post-Training Evaluation Reports and provides feedback to Subject Matter Experts/ Functional Trainers

Provides input to LOD Head and BU/CU Head on learning and development analytics

Helps in coordinating and negotiating with outside consultants and training service providers/vendors regarding training

Undertakes special training-related projects as the need arises.

HR Program Implementation

Works with Group Heads from Admin/ER, CBRM and Talent Acquisition for HR Program Implementation

Provides inputs to HR Group Heads on HR Programs relevant to assigned work unit

Modifies HR programs in agreement with designated HR Group Heads and/or process owners

Evaluates effectiveness of HR Programs and provides recommendations to respective HR process owners

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related course. Master's in Business Administration is an advantage.

At least 3 years experience in training cycle, training administration management, change management, organizational diagnosis, organizational design and analysis, performance management system, talent management, project management and data analytics.

With advanced skills in M.S. Office applications.

Skilled communicator, in both verbal and written mediums.

Willing to be assigned in Gerona, Tarlac
