Responsibilities:

Help manage renewals and retention of an existing portfolio.

Negotiating and processing renewals and endorsements.

Providing the highest level of customer support to your clients and management.

Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects.

Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers.

Requirements:

Over 12 months general insurance experience is REQUIRED.

More than 1 yr. experience in general insurance product lines is REQUIRED.

WinBeat experience is a MUST.

Tier 1 or Tier 2 Qualification advantageous.

Comfortable with various technology and insurance software.

Client oriented with a genuine desire to support your customers.

Has strong communication skills.

Comfortable working as part of a team.

Experience in Microsoft Office suite is a MUST.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Amenable to work from home; working hours - 7AM to 4PM, Mondays to Fridays
