Oversee day-to-day HR operations and activities.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientations.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits inquiries.
Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
At least minimum of solid 2-year experience as a supervisor
Willing to work onsite in Lipa Batangas
