Qualifications:
-Preferably a graduate of Electronic and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, and other related studies
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
-With basic knowledge in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Modems, Routing and Switching, Firewall, Routers and Switches and other peripherals
-Experience managing a CCTV
-Experience in POS is advantage
-Knowledgeable in Computer Software and Hardware
-Must be willing to do field work
Responsibilities:
-Provide L1 and L2 technical support for the company’s hardware, software and network issues.
-Escalate and manage incidents/requests assigned to the L3 support team.
-Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
