JOB SUMMARY
Kiosk Staff members play a crucial role in providing efficient and friendly customer service at kiosk locations. They are responsible for operating the kiosk, handling customer transactions, and offering assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
The Kiosk Staff is expected to be knowledgeable about products or services offered, process transactions accurately, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the kiosk.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products or services, and offer recommendations when necessary.
Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards
Assemble and package food items for dine-in and take-out
Operate the kiosk's point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.Handle cash, or other payment methods in accordance with established procedures.
Stay informed about the products or services offered at the kiosk.
Communicate effectively to customers about product features, promotions, and pricing.
Monitor and manage inventory levels at the kiosk.
Restock products as needed and report low inventory levels to the Kiosk Supervisor.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area.
Perform routine checks on kiosk equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Report any technical issues or malfunctions promptly.
Execute promotional activities or marketing initiatives as directed by management.
Distribute promotional materials and educate customers about ongoing offers or discounts.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Follow security protocols to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the kiosk.
Encourage customers to provide feedback and address any concerns or issues raised.
Report customer feedback to the Service & Beverage Lead
Handle cash transactions accurately, count change, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Follow cash-handling procedures to minimize errors and discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum (2) years experience as cook in a restaurant or high volume food service establishment.
Proficiency in food safety and inventory management
Strong understanding of or more of the following cuisines: Filipino, American, Mediterranean, Oriental
Experience navigating through POS and Delivery Partners devices.
