Job Responsibilities:

Training proper: Conduct product, sales techniques and personality development trainings in order to effectively position and sell our products. Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors. Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Product Development Support: Collaborate with product development teams to provide input on product enhancements, new features, and product roadmap priorities based on market research and customer feedback.

Sales Support: Provide sales teams with product training, sales collateral, and support to effectively position and sell our products. Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Product Launches: Lead product launch activities, including coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch plans, and executing go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product introductions.

Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product features, usage, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with customer support teams to address product-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Marketing Collateral: Work closely with trade marketing and marketing teams to develop product messaging, sales presentations, website content, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement and innovation. Advocate for customer needs and contribute to product roadmap decisions.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, or any related course.

With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Beauty and Skincare industry.

Exposed to public speaking with strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Has knowledge in development of training material, standard operating procedures, and familiarity with traditional and modern training methods including but not limited to workshops, seminars, etc.

Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, diverse product-line company.

Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Love for beauty and personal care is a plus!
