The Site Engineer is responsible in providing detailed report on quality control ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of the services. Also responsible in reviewing the work schedule to ensure proper handing of the resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Verifies if work implementation is according to plan and specification;
-Quality assurance/control – reviews/checks report;
-Conducts QC inspection and prepare reports;
-Prepares submittals, hand over and punch list;
-Prepares order lists for rebar to suppliers, monitors rebar stockpile at site and staging area;
-Prepares weekly progress report for the owner with regards to OSM cement and OSM Rebar;
-Reviews qualities and estimates;
-Evaluates cost proposals, billings and accomplishments of sub-contractors;
-Identifies balance of works to ensure compliance to target;
-Checks, reviews and evaluates of work schedule (target vs. actual);
-Disseminates information to concerned supervisors with balance work and punch lists; and
-Ensures timely handling of enough resources for activities with high quality of execution and within the budget level.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
-Preferably licensed but not required
-Required language(s): English, Filipino
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 2 to 4 years experienced employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
-Willing to relocate
-Willing to start immediately
