- A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, employee relations, and labor relations
- Proficient in computer applications
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
