Supporting Intuit Turbo tax agents with end user support. This position is full time and has an opportunity to be 18 months long.

Must haves:

Windows 10 background (will be an assessment on this)

Customer service background

Help Desk/Desktop Support Background

Willing to work 100% remote

Be comfortable in a Call Center environment

Must be able to pass a background check
