Medical Biller

Job Description

Billing Specialists work directly with Billing manager in order to accurately bill for services provided.

-Experience with medical coding/Billing preferred (Medicare/Insurance)

-Familiar with medical terminology specific to ambulance transportation preferred

-Codes and abstracts primarily inpatient records using ICD-10-CM and other applicable patient classification schemes.

-Basic computer/data entry skills required

-Self-motivated, well organized
