Job Title: Project Manager V

Job Location: Muscatine, IA

Job Duration: 24+ Months (Possibilities of Extension) (Temp to Perm)

Job Description:

Scheduled Days of the Week & Hours: M-F 32-45 hours weekly depending on workload.

Contract to Perm

3 Must have’s:

1) On site minimum 4 days per week

2) 10 + yrs of experience leading Capital equipment projects

3) Strong large project management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ideal candidate would have a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent:

10 plus years of experience in the project management field

Must have experience with the food processing equipment

Experience with facilities related projects is a plus

Must be able to produce quality results in a fast-paced atmosphere

- Provide Plant support through capital project management:

Create supporting project documentation

Present documentation to Product needed approvals

Lead projects from development through installation and closing phases

Hold periodic project meetings providing critical project updates

Meet regularly with vendors to ensure successful project completion

Support installation while projects are being completed

Follow through with identifying all new equipment with asset tags

- Support the plant with needed equipment support:

Assist where needed with troubleshooting assistance or diagnosing equipment failures

Provide assistance with finding or providing equipment details or drawings

Provide plant layouts when needed

- Proficient with:

MS Office

AutoCAD MS Project

MS Teams

SAP

- On Site support (Muscatine Iowa)

o Must be onsite 4 days per week - 32-45 hours required to work weekly (depending on workload).

4 hrs Monday

8 hours Tuesday

8 hrs Wednesday

8 hrs Thursday

4 hrs Friday
