Datacenter Access Control Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for site Superintendents to put in Microsoft Datacenter build outs. This person will be the onsite lead for the CCTV and access installs for these projects. The are responsible for coordination partner vendors for installation, working with other trades to ensure accuracy of their work and keep the project on schedule, ensure that the installation meets the specs of the customers, provide pathways when needed and overall running the project onsite.

Top Skills' Details

1. Access Control Experience- Must have Access Installation Experience prefer Lenel but Genetec, HID, Avigilon, Salto or one of the others

2. Enterprise Level Installs- Must have worked in large commercial new build environments, multimillion square feet manufacturing, datacenters or high rise buildings.

3. Leadership/Foreman- Looking for a person that has ran a job with outsourced vendors reporting to the. Will be doing all the QC work on the project.

4. Trade Coordination- Working with partnered vendor to coordinate installation times and scheduling ordering material, quality assurance, dealing with challenges and building out solutions.

5. Verbal and Written Communication- This job has an excessive amount of reporting associated with it. Must have good communications kills to work with the trades and GC's and will be responsible for providing daily written/typed updates on where the projects are at.
