The Team
The Lab Projects department is part of the Lab Services Department NL. This projects team consists of 3 employees. In the Lab Services department 3 sub-teams are represented: Lab Projects, Lab Equipment and Logistics. The vacancy is in the sub team Lab Projects.
The Role
Working as part of the Lab Projects team you will have the responsibility for coordinating and planning Genmab’s laboratory projects at the locations in Zeist and Utrecht. The projects are all related to: Rebuilding, Movements & New Installations of lab equipment.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate lab rebuilding activities with lab users and sub-contractors
Coordinate lab equipment installations with lab users and sub-contractors
Coordinate budget and quotations for new and replacements of laboratory equipment in alignment with lab-users and suppliers
Create innovative solutions with laboratory users for new ways of working
Coordinate Lab Equipment Maintenance
Skills & Experience
HBO/BSc Education
Technical Knowledge of laboratories and utilities is a pre
Strong ability to work in a structured and orderly fashion with attention to detail
Strong customer service skills required
Experience with project management
Knowledge of GLP
Laboratory (HLO / Life Science) or relevant project management experience
Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English
