Restaurant Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar multi-unit role

Ensure day-to-day operations for all outlets are streamlined

Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven

Responsible for purchasing and inventory

Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and experience in creating beverage menus

Skilled in leading, training, and developing FOH staff

Effective and clear verbal communication skills
