Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Job Description:

Park 82 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As the Assistant GM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and supporting the General Manager in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.

Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar areas.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Monitor financial performance and assist in achieving sales targets and cost control.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

Proficient with Toast POS system.

Strong knowledge of bar operations, including beverage preparation and inventory management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with availability until 10 PM.

Reliable transportation to and from Park 82.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in hospitality management or a related field.

Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
