Your Role: As an Accounting Assistant-Payables at Aviation Metals, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your contributions will showcase your knowledge in accounting principles and procedures. You'll have the opportunity to contribute, learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals who are passionate about their department as well as aerospace alloys and metals and solving complex problems to help satisfy our customer needs in order to keep strong relationships and integrity for our company.

Experience & Requirements:

2-year AA (Associates in Accounting) or 2-3 years’ experience in accounting role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Validation and Data Entry Efficiency.

Invoice Management.

Vendor Payment Processing.

Power BI (bonus).

Education & Qualities:

2-year AA (Associates in Accounting) or 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting role

Eagerness to learn and expansion of knowledge in the industry and department.

Quick learning abilities.

Multi-tasking and adaptability to perform under pressure.

Cross-Training within the department.
