Job Description
Lighthouse Management, LLC is a small HOA management business seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in administrative work, can multitask effectively and follow verbal, written and visual instructions and is detail oriented and skilled in Microsoft Office & Adobe programs. Candidates must be a fast learner, willing to take initiative & be a self-starter.
Knowledge of homeowners associations is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Data entry
Scanning
Filing and organization of documents
Website management via Wix; No experience necessary
Friendly & professional customer service skills is a must
Written correspondence to Owners may be included. Must be able to write a professional letter with the correct punctuation, spelling and grammar.
Assistance in the coordination of maintenance projects
Light cleaning & watering of plants
Must be able to handle the occasional disgruntled owner in a professional manner.
Background check required
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
This position is an in office position and does not accommodate "remote" work.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
