Recruiter for Manufacturing

JobGiraffe's client is a highly specialized manufacturing recruiting and staffing firm.

Base + Bonus: Anticipated earnings of $50,000+ in 1st year with full company-sponsored benefits

As a Recruiter within the Skilled Manufacturing Group, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

Receiving industry-specific training

Recruiting candidates for open positions at client's companies

Recruiting machinists, tool & die makers, CNC operators, manufacturing engineers, etc.

Adding job orders into the Company's tracking system

Distributing job orders to the staff

Assigning candidate searches to the staff

Creating call lists for Call Center employees

Utilizing internal systems and job boards to identify and recruit qualified candidates for open jobs

Emailing candidates who meet the qualifications for open jobs

Conducting job candidate phone screens

Review ing"final version" resumes for accuracy and completeness

Present ingqualified candidates to Account Managers

Coordinating candidate interviews with clients

Gathering and organizing interview feedback

Presenting job offers to candidates

Producing routine and special reports

Helping to train new employees

Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate will include:

Recruiting / Recruiter experience

With:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Experience recruiting and screening for manufacturing employees

+++ Experience working with job boards and recruitment advertising sites

+++ Experience working with job and candidate databases and tracking systems
