Inside Sales - New Homes Online Sales Counselor

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're in search of a friendly, outgoing, professional, motivated person to join our team! As our Online Sales Counselor for New Homes, you'll be the friendly face (or rather, voice!) that guides prospective homebuyers through their online journey. You'll engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to answer their questions, provide information about our available homes and communities, and ultimately help them find the perfect fit for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner through phone and online channels.

Provide information about our homes, communities, pricing, and available amenities.

Listen to customer needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.

Schedule virtual tours and appointments for interested buyers.

Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Comfortable using technology and various online communication tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
