Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse client population. This position requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and a dedication to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, ACT, SFBT, MBCT, and other relevant modalities.

Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and documentation.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, psychosocial rehabilitation specialists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

Provide telemedicine services as required, adhering to PPS guidelines and standards.

Attend and participate in team meetings and case consultations.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Experience providing therapy in both in-person and telemedicine settings.

Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
