Job Description

Two drivers are needed for Elizabeth and Morristown, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport heavy loads and items on flatbed trailers, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Secure loads using appropriate methods, such as straps, chains, and tie-downs, while adhering to weight and height limits.

Operate knuckle booms, truck stabilizers, crane trucks, and forklifts as needed to load and unload cargo.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and cargo information.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Requirements:

CDL A Driver with a minimum of 3 years experience in transporting heavy loads on flatbed trailers.

Full knowledge of securing loads safely using straps, chains, tie downs, and understanding weight & height limits.

Previous experience with knuckle booms, truck stabilizers, crane trucks, and forklifts.

Clean driving record.

Availability to report to our NJ facility daily.

This is a Temp to perm position

Pay $35 per hour.
