Audio Specialist

My client is seeking an Audio Specialist with a strong background in audio forensic analysis and extensive experience in utilizing Adobe Audition, effectively applying forensic techniques to clean up existing audio recordings.

Responsibilities: · Audio Forensic Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of audio recordings to extract and enhance critical information using forensic techniques and methodologies.

· Adobe Audition Expertise: Utilize Adobe Audition software to clean up recordings by removing noise, echoes, distortions, and other unwanted artifacts while preserving the integrity of the original audio.

· Voice Enhancement: Employ advanced techniques in Adobe Audition to enhance speech intelligibility and distinguish voices within recordings, particularly in challenging or noisy environments.

Requirements: · Exceptional hearing abilities, with the capability to discern subtle nuances and details in audio recordings.

· Proven experience working as an Audio Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in audio editing and restoration of recordings.

· Proficiency in Adobe Audition and similar digital audio workstation (DAW) software, with a deep understanding of its features and tools – a must.

· Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Forensic Science, or a related field.

Additional certification or training in audio forensics and Adobe Audition is preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in audio forensic analysis, with a strong focus on using Adobe Audition for cleaning up recordings, audio editing, restoration, and noise reduction capabilities in a professional environment.

· Proficiency in conducting forensic analysis of audio recordings, with the ability to apply specialized techniques to enhance speech clarity and extract relevant information.

· Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate results in audio cleaning and enhancement processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work efficiently and confidently under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
