Fleet Mechanic (Heavy Trucks)

· Proficient in reading and understanding hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagrams.

· Perform routine servicing and overhauling of diesel engines, especially on cement bulkers.

· Conduct thorough inspections to detect engine malfunctions.

· Replace engine parts and ensure proper assembly.

· Check mechanical, electrical, brake, hydraulic systems, and transmission components for smooth operation.

· Keep detailed records of servicing and engine repairs.

· Manage inventory of spare parts and order as needed.

· Ensure proper handling of all testing and repair tools.

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 1- or 2-years extensive experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry.

· Knowledge of repairing Betico Air compressors is a must.

· Proficient in interpreting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagrams

· Skilled in identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective/preventive actions.

· Capable of performing general overhauling of engine and transmission for Heavy Trucks (e.g., Man, Mercedes, Iveco)

· Experienced in conducting tests and inspections on machine engines, electro-hydraulic, and transmission systems to assess performance.

· Possesses basic safety knowledge in fleet workshops.

· Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi/Urdu (mandatory), optional proficiency in English.
