We're currently hiring for a Bookkeeper for one of our esteemed clients.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience and must be familiar with working for or with Australian clients. Proficiency in using Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping function
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial data integrity
Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and generate reports
Process accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Prepare BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other tax compliance tasks
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
Support the preparation of end-of-year accounts and audits
