Business Analyst (Applications)

Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery in an Agile development environment.

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices through automation and digital transformation.

• Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain business applications catering to the business-user requirements in accordance with the Organization’s Software development life cycle.

• Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain integrations between Business applications.

• Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain Web Services for Data transfer across Business applications and Business Systems.

• Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain Workflows and Dashboards for corporate users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or any related discipline.

• At least ten-year experience in Software development

• At least ten-year experience in .NET technologies (Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#)

• At least five years' experience in programming with SQL, Oracle-PLSQL Stored procedures.

• Desirable to have more than five years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals domain.

• Desirable to have exposure to Oil & Gas domain related applications like eSOMS, STARLIMS, Aveva Pi, IBM FileNet etc.

• Desirable to have working knowledge of Crystal Reports/SAP Business Objects.

• Solid understanding and working experience on Software development concepts.

• Strong knowledge of IT security and controls.

• Certifications like MCSD desirable.
