Our client is seeking to add a proven full-desk recruiter with search firm experience. They do almost all permanent placements, so you must have worked perm search on both the client side/sales and recruiting.

Their verticals include manufacturing, engineering, A&F, and IT, but they are expanding and welcome all professional niches. The positions are fully remote, and candidates must live in Pennsylvania.

The compensation offer is a draw against commission or base plus a tiered bonus.

They also offer health, dental, and a 401k, which kicks in after 1st year.
