As a horizontal analytics team, the Financial Efficiency Data Analytics team enables Global Operations to make data-informed decisions by serving as analytics thought-partners to solve operational business problems.

Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations
Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and execute against opportunities that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Develop scalable analytics solutions that provide the essential insights around budget spent, ROI measurement, and efficiency needed to support data-driven decision making
Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive analytics to optimize the community and business impact of our operational expenditures
Translate business objectives into actionable analyses, clearly communicating technical concepts and operational implications to varied audiences
Identify metric trends and insights for business reviews to provide leadership visibility into operational expenditure and performance against desired outcomes
Qualification and experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in an analytics role involving strategy, problem solving, and/or technical systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment, while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Experience communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience using analytics to break down ambiguous, complex problems using data and influence solutions
Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)

Experience working in an online operations or trust & safety organization
Experience developing data pipelines via SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks
Familiarity with internet policy and regulatory environments
Advanced degree with a quantitative focus (Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Applied Economics or similar technical field) or equivalent practical experience
