The Department:

The Acquisition Marketing R&D Department is focused on channel growth, continued marketing expansion and optimizations by driving new marketing initiatives and projects for the business to increase the marketing reach and effectiveness of the business.

Purpose of the Role:

The Performance Marketer role will report into the Head of Performance Marketing and focus on driving commercial campaigns to grow acquisitions globally by managing, optimizing, and expanding campaigns across multiple areas and multiple channel integration.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Performance & Reporting

Measure Campaign Performance & Optimization

Optimize campaigns to extract maximum value

Manage, Apply and Propose Marketing Budgets/Campaigns

Competitor Insights

Campaign Admin and Recon

Key Focus Channels but not limited to

Pay per Click

Display Marketing

Push / Messenger Marketing

Social Media Marketing

Paid App Store like ASA/CPI

Emerging Platforms like Influencer marketing

Asset Management

Create/Manage/Improve assets across channels to support campaigns including but not limited too:

Landing Pages, Website, Ad Copy

Banners, Videos, Campaign Assets

Social Media and other Digital channels

Optimize campaigns to extract maximum value

Competitor Insights

Content creation and/or translation

Growth and Expansion

Discovery, vetting paid networks, platforms, and mediums.

Scale and focus what works and integrate learning from other

Support with onboarding processes and integrations

Supplier management and communications

Essential Criteria:

Degree in Marketing, business-related field, or relevant experience

3 years’ minimum experience in relation to Performance Marketing

Strong experience with a variety of digital marketing channels (PPC, Email, Social Media, Programmatic Advertising, etc.) is essential. Should be able to strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations.

Excellent stress management skills with the ability to absorb and deliver consistently and positively.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience within iGaming or other high competition industries

Experience in Mobile and App marketing

Advanced knowledge of Excel, graphs, and formulas

Technical Skills:

Understanding of marketing technology, including ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, and bid management tools.

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
