Recruitment Contract Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Contract Specialist to join Ground6 Consultancy Services (G6) and lead our business development initiatives in Nova Scotia. This role is critical to securing recruitment contracts with local employers and driving our company's growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Engagement: Identify and approach potential employers in Nova Scotia, understanding their staffing needs and presenting G6 Consultancy's recruitment solutions.

Contract Acquisition: Secure recruitment contracts with employers, ensuring a steady pipeline of job opportunities for our clients. This is the primary focus of the role.

Strategic Networking: Engage in key industry events and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and develop strategic partnerships.

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay informed of the latest changes in immigration law and market conditions specifically in Nova Scotia, translating insights into actionable business strategies.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a business development or sales role within a recruitment company, with proven success in securing recruitment contracts.

Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nova Scotia job market and the recruitment landscape.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is highly beneficial.

Pay: $3,000.00-$7,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
