Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative

tasks proactively.

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies.

Administer employee benefits programs & Engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Support performance management system and development plans.

Identify training needs and coordinate programs.

Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Recruit and hire top talent, including:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract experienced hires

Creating programs to attract and recruit fresh graduates and interns

Maintain rapport with colleges and universities to ensure a pipeline of top talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in HR field

Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle tasks with a high degree of confidentiality.
