Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

You will be responsible for representing the engine plant for customer complaints.

Acknowledging and effectively communicating customer complaints to the respective function and releasing MIS reports.

Analyzing and resolving customer complaints using suitable problem-solving methods.

Identifying suspect batches based on traceability data analysis and risk assessment.

Planning and executing verification and rectification activities in collaboration with the production and customer teams.

Interacting with suppliers, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve concerns.

Conducting joint investigations with vehicle plants and dealer technical teams for early mileage failures.

Ensuring flawless implementation of new models through the APQP method.

Leading the Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and ensuring concern closure.

Planning and executing product audits on assembly, testing, and dispatch areas to prevent customer complaint reoccurrence.

Implementing engine handling guidelines at customer premises to improve build quality.

Managing a team of 10 associates.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

General Experience

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automobile or auto parts industry.

Critical Experience

Good understanding of quality systems.

Strong knowledge of Diesel, Gasoline, or CNG engines.

Highly motivated and self-driven.

Focused on fulfilling end customer requirements.

Engine and vehicle integration knowledge is an added advantage.

Proficient in problem-solving using quality tools like 7QC and G8D methodology.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Collaborative, bold, and highly agile.

Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel.
