Our client, a rapidly expanding cloud analytics company & are currently seeking a Sales Director to join their commercial sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and clearly convey the unique value of the platform to direct brands, creative agencies, and media planning/buying agencies.

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue from agencies and assigned accounts through sales calls and presentations.

Formulate account strategies to establish long-term media and platform partnerships, respond to requests for proposals, and meet client business needs and objectives.

Cultivate deep relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their organization, needs, and revenue potential.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Utilize CRM tools consistently to record sales activities, manage deal pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.

Provide proactive client insights, industry-specific information, and become a trusted subject matter expert in the field of creative and copy testing research.

Qualifications:

Preferred: BA/BS or College Degree.

2-3+ years of experience in consumer research or sales related to advertising or data.

Proven success in meeting sales quotas and thriving in a competitive market.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong knowledge of marketing and research industry trends, technology platforms, and pricing models.

Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of traditional and modern sales tactics and strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HubSpot, and Salesforce.com or similar).

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and provide regular progress updates to management.

Flexible to work across different time zones to support clients and internal meetings.

Preferred Experience:

Startup experience is highly advantageous.

Experience in selling market research tools, advertising, and/or data.

Established relationships with key decision-makers within Fortune 500 brands and top marketing agencies in New York, LA, and/or Chicago.

Active participation in industry trade and networking events.

Experience with consumer brands/agencies is a plus.

Location: New York City A workspace is available for in-person work, with occasional presence (e.g., once per week) expected. Remote work is supported, and other locations may be considered.

Base salary range: $130-170K, depending on location and experience.
