Full-time, Permanent Position located in Perth

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Program Officer to manage changes to the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for the fleet to ensure compliance with both CASA regulations and Network Aviation (NAA) CAMO expositions.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is data driven and inquisitive to take ownership on compliance. You will manage and incorporate AMP change requests following the approved procedures and guidelines for presentation to AMP Revision Approval. This will include Authorisation in IAS - Maintenance Information System of AMP changes to align with Fokker F100 MRB, CASA regulatory requirements, vendor instructions for continuing airworthiness, as well as NAA reliability board expectations.

Attention to detail will be critical in this role as you need to ensure 100% compliance with approved processes and procedures. This will include engaging with stakeholders to streamline processes and workflows to align with AMP deliverables.

You’ll have -

3 + years experience working within Continuous Airworthiness Management

Demonstrated knowledge of CASA regulations and expositions

Experience using a Maintenance information System (IAS desirable)

Data analytical skills

Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline

Attention to detail

Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’

Motivated, with a high level of integrity and commitment

Previous experience in a Maintenance environment would be highly regarded.
