The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
Track and manage inventory
Inspect the warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Develop a plan for container delivery, towing to the warehouse, unloading, and returning containers upon arrival at the port, mobilizing resources to strictly control port and container detention costs, analyzing ocean shipping market, destination port terminal and yard operation conditions, and warehouse performance, coordinating to optimize the supply chain plan.
Development and maintenance of post-port towing suppliers, analysis of inland transportation data to reduce costs and increase efficiency (price negotiation, process optimization, etc.), and invoice auditing.
Overseas warehouse cost management, labor outsourcing, platform warehouse, water and electricity bill verification.
Management of return processing, evaluation of return criteria for secondary use and rework.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5 years' of warehouse experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Proficient in both Chinese and English.
