MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership on the delivery of initiatives and to drive the implementation of strategic and BAU projects under Finance (SAP and its interfaces, Payments, MAB/MAP, receipting).

Product Strategy & Vision

· Creates the product vision and roadmap to support the business strategies of AXA PH and Transformation and Technology

· Identifies issues and opportunities to enhance assets that deliver operational efficiencies to the business and leads its implementation

· Accountable for measuring KPIs, based on agreed-upon metrics from the business.

Product Roadmap

Project Management

· Review project plans, business cases, and budgets for approval (developed by project managers ) by relevant sponsors/ committees to ensure that they are accurate (based on available information), optimized, and implementable.

· Ensures project interdependencies and execution risk are minimized, and drives for effective & efficient implementation.

Delivery, Execution and Implementation

· Acts as the lead subject matter expert for T&T on business initiatives related to assets being maintained.

· Leads design meetings to ensure all requirements and issues are covered and are considered in solutions development/issue resolution.

· Manages and ensures that each initiative objectives are met within the agreed scope, budget, schedule and expected quality.

· Ensures that operations SLAs are consistently met

Stakeholder Management

· Attends to and manages sponsor’s expectations throughout the lifecycle of the initiative. Obtains buy-in from key stakeholders and senior management on the to-be state

· Manages communication matters to ensure there is an adequate level of communication between all relevant parties.

· Acts as the point of escalation for the asset and projects to ensure appropriate measures are taken to drive the resolution of critical issues.

People Management

· Manages assigned team/s and their respective deliverables

· Provides coaching and guidance to team members (e.g., business analysts, QAs)

· Ensure team outputs are provided on schedule and of quality

Key Stakeholders:

- Business Project Manager or SMEs

- SLT/ELT

Bachelor’s degree holder

Minimum 10 years of industry experience

Minimum 2 years project management experience

Experience in managing outsourced and offshore vendors

Experience in implementing change throughout an organization

Experience in SAP

Relevant experience in Insurance or other financial services

Experienced in agile and waterfall tools and practices
