Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in painting or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Aerospace Painter Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and specifications for surface preparation and coating application.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in confined spaces.

Job Description Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

Mix and apply primers, paints, and sealants to aircraft surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and rollers Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of coating while minimizing overspray and waste.

Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to optimize painting processes.

Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.

Maintain painting equipment and facilities in clean, safe, and operational condition.
