Duties and responsibilities:

Under the Supervision of the Director, the Contracts Administrator will:

Develop, maintain, and update approved contract templates

Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures, Processes, and documentation

Create and maintain Contract Tracker spreadsheets

Prepare and finalize Vendor Agreement

Organize and prepare necessary documentation for Contract Kickoffs

Manage contract management tools and create new tools and necessary

Perform Contract Closeout

Manage New Vendor process and coordinate with finance for system activation

Monitor vendor performance and deliverables

Assist with Project Set Up process and saving folders in SharePoint / Contracts Drive

Provide support to the contracts team and other corporate organizations to ensure compliance with Company Policy, Procedures, and controls

Prepare cost proposal of new opportunities in collaboration with Business Development

Assist Contracts team with other contract tasks

Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and generate metrics related to awarded Contracts and Task Orders ensuring data integrity and providing insights for decision-making

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent administrative experience

3-5 years minimum contracts management experience

Desired Skills:

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory)

Strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate a knowledge of US Federal Government contract terms and conditions

Organized with excellent follow up skills, ability to think creatively, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment

Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients
