1:00PM - 5:00PM

Part Time - Days/Evenings/Nights

Shift Differential - Evenings $3.00 and Nights $2.00

What do I need as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

High school diploma or GED.

STNA certification.

What will I do as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately to the Wellness Coordinator or

Conduct resident rounds as

Initiate corrective action as necessary and/or seek assistance of a

Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to the established facility

Participate in an interdisciplinary team and other facility meetings as

Participate in the development of an individualized service plan for assigned

Report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.

Completes documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.

Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.

Assure residents that require call systems have them at hand and answer calls

Complete housekeeping tasks such as dusting, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming
