About us:

CSI was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. CSI’s community outreach model started after long-term psychiatric hospitals were shut down in the 60’s-70’s and replaced with outpatient mental health services. For nearly four decades CSI has remained dedicated to social justice and delivering therapy in accessible ways regardless of a person’s circumstance

Job PurposeAs an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resource and Finance teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Tasks

Annual Finance Audit.

Payroll Support.

Human Resource Support.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Filing and organizing paperwork

Responding to emails and other correspondence

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks

Employee Verification

Data entry

Vendor relations

Accounts Payable Support

Work with Finance and HR to create SOP.

Communicating with all levels of employees

As well as other tasks that may be presented.

Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, office administration, finance, Human Resource, or a related field is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.

Word Processing

Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents Knowledge

Required: Clerical, English Language, Computers, AP system, and Electronics (fax, phone, printer, etc.)
