Kids SPOT is currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Director. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our family of caregivers. SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday Full-time

LOCATION

The role will be located at our South Miami Head Quarters office until Summer, then will transfer to the Miramar location - a convert to hybrid two days per week.

SALARY

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active certification with the BACB and be in good standing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children with disabilities

At least 2 years of experience training, managing, and supervising a team of up to 20 people

Must maintain credentialing in compliance with the BACB

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides clinical supervision, management oversight, professional development, and work direction to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.

Oversees clinical supervision to meet clinical staff certification/licensing requirements.

Facilitates communication between clinical staff and outside departments (e.g., staffing, billing) by ensuring formal and informal methods are routinely employed including routine staff meetings, written communications, electronic communications, and other outlets as identified.

Provides coaching and consultation to treatment teams to ensure appropriate, professional, and collaborative relationships are established and maintained with clients' families.

Intervenes as necessary to support and/or repair relationships with client families and attends to formal grievances related to clinical programs.

Maintains good relationships with families and conducts client satisfaction surveys to address caregiver concerns.

Consults with colleagues on cases that require a higher level of clinical supervision (e.g. Functional Analysis, severe and challenging behavior, etc.)

Oversees clinical programming to ensure optimal utilization of services and resources, to document that provision of direct care and clinical supervision is consistent with the service guidelines for all cases.

Regularly presents findings of clinical efficacy of programs to supervisor with recommendations for improvement through resource allocation, training opportunities, and company policy/procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE/OPERATIONAL DUTIES

Evaluates performance at the individual and facility level against monthly productivity targets; and ensure that clinical staff remains accountable for their productivity.

Works with Clinical Director to ensure all staff is meeting productivity/billable hour goals.

Maintains accurate documentation of billable tasks that meets the requirements of regulatory agencies and funding sources and is HIPAA compliant.

Tracks direct and indirect client sessions to ensure that services are provided to the full extent of the authorization for each client.

Participates in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and on-boarding of clinical staff which might include Saturdays or weeknight events.

Coordinate's documentation to ensure re-authorization and continuation of services when necessary.

Guides participation of BCBAs in the training, onboarding, and coaching of direct care staff.

Ensures that clinical operations for the assigned area follow company protocols.
