Description:
As a trainer, you will:
Provide on-boarding training for new joiners so that they are able to handle calls from the Corporate Hotline.
Identify training program for team managers, senior specialists to facilitate better management skills.
Work with Learning & Transformation to arrange appropriate training program for existing team members to enhance servicing skill.
Work with service coach to review training decks and quizzes to ensure that they are current and accurate for training effectiveness.
Work with service coach to execute BBCS Employee Development Program, Team Manager Certification Program and track their attendance for certification.
Work with service coach to evaluate in-house training program and recommend changes to enhance the program.
Who you are
Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in client service in corporate banking.
Energetic and self-motivated individual with experience in training preferred.
Possess good communication, listening and organizational skills.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Able to commit to working days following Singapore calendar.
