Responsibilities

Prepares threat assessments based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information related to industry, infrastructure, technology, country, and targeted vulnerabilities. The candidate will deliver both technical and regional analysis USG customer and will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC). The candidate will serve in the field of all-source intelligence analysis and must be able to independently leverage technical targeting tools and databases to complete informed analyses. The candidate is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Qualifications

5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD

5 years of experience in Intelligence Community technical targeting, all-source analysis, technical analysis or technical counterintelligence analysis.

3+ years of experience in conducting analysis of telecommunications or network/computer/data security (may be obtained currently with the minimum 5 years of experience specific above).

Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph

Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues and creating intelligence reports.

Experience with leveraging technical targeting tools to complete analyses.

Experience with the exploitation of various all-source databases, customer-specific tools and processes.

Evaluate technical and scientific data to provide unique insights related to targeting and collection efforts.

Technical analysis and exploitation of data sets.

Ability to identify and assess vulnerabilities, threats, and technical trends that influence operations.

Desired Qualifications

Previous customer experience as a Targeter/TTA.

Experience using customer databases related to field communications.

Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space.

Knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC.

Experience working with Social Media to support intelligence analysis.

Experience using Analyst Notebook.

Strong analytic and research skills with an aptitude for technical/scientific topics.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
