Position: German Human Resources Advisor

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Pampanga City

Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 90,000 Gross

Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH time)

Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization

Requirements:

Open for Foreign national who can speak German

Can Communicate in English (Conversation)

Bachelor's degree holder of any course

Willing to work or relocate at Pampanga

Customer Service experience is a big advantage

Has an experience or background in Recruiting processes is a plus

Responsibilities:

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process

Screen resumes and job application forms.

Identifies whether applications are to be further processed, pending feedback, or are for rejection

Handles and coordinates problem-solving and process escalations
